It was a complete removal of all old fixtures, walls etc and redo with modern finishes and fixtures and redesign of the space to make it more functional.  Mira has a great eye for what works and what doesn't in the design and is very detail oriented.  His completed work as a craftsman is precise.  He meets timelines and costs as estimated (although we had some unexpected surprises behind the old walls that needed extra).
